I bought mine straight from Bambu. Could smell burning electronics after 50p hours of use or so. Then it wouldn't turn on. No interaction whatsoever. Contacted support, had to dismantle and send a few pics. A quick video of me plugging it in and the results. Then they shipped me a new power board. Installed it and carried on. It was very obvious what part had failed. I was frustrated at first but all told, it was a pretty good experience.
