That reason: they are so pathologically greedy that they grubbed up way more money than anyone could need and more than anyone else around.
If all it took to be rich was pathological greed, there would actually be even more billionaires.
It's pathological greed and generational wealth.
Don’t forget the theft. Workers create value that capitalists steal. Profit is stolen wages.
And that grubbing explicitly is stealing from the people who actually create the money, the workers.
