There are dedicated communities for that type of content. What is not there is a sizeable (or any at all) meme community without it.
I remember that discussion, I kicked it off. However, a. memes like this here still get more up- than downvotes and b. I still don't like those posts so I will post memes like this when I feel sm-screenshot posts are rising in numbers too much and c. there is still no community to go to for people who don't want such posts in their meme community.
