One of my best friends is Latvian. Makes me so sad to hear the ethnic animosity, practically hatred for Russians. Definitely believes in fighting to the last Ukrainian regardless of whether it will be beneficial for the Ukrainian people, celebrates the death and violence, doesn't believe in negotiations.

I just want the least amount of death and a complete stop to all involvement with wars and violence outside our borders. I can't control Russia or Ukraine but I believe my country should refuse to pump weapons into a conflict on the other side of the world. America has zero authority to act like the world police in Europe after all the heinous shit we have done and do.
