What? No, when the Putin sends you (those people) to the front-lines after "surviving" the horrors of Ukraine striking a refinery you weren't even close to (and those people are far more likely to kill civilians, invalidating your argument)

That's extraordinary. "There is no Russian civilization, so the common people of Russia with no military or state involvement are still too savage to count as civilians, and blatantly terrorizing and poisoning them is the only way to whip them into rebellion against their oppressor."
