I'm trying to wrap my head around how a tenant could possibly be perceived as ungreatful, but I just can't.
Like they're paying a huge chunk of their income and yet they have no legal right to the house they're paying for. That's pretty damn grateful
But they are still scuffing up the floors with their shoes, putting wear and tear on the door hinges, and asking that the plumbing be fixed so that the sink has running water! So needy and ungrateful.
Didn't tip
Landlord shows up at the front door on the 1st each month with the little handheld card reader. Tip options are 20%, 25%, 35%, no other option. They stare directly at you while you tap and choose.
I frequently see landlords posting how they aren't even making money because the rent goes towards the mortgage. Conveniently ignoring that the renter is in effect still buying them a house.
I enjoy watching normie youtube videos where landlords not only complain that they can’t make any money, but even talk about losing shitloads of money because housing prices are so high now that even short term rentals aren’t profitable.
Somebody should learn a bit about personal finance.
It's when someone is acting like a cromulent fuckcrustable.
TOMMY NEED DRINKY
They think they are providers, providing a hard to maintain good that those tenants could not have otherwise. Pfft...
