What did they say that was negative? Does that user have a history I'm unaware of, or are you just assuming they're being sarcastic?
Yes they have a history, I’ve shared some information below in another comment.
I'm not being sarcastic, I was totally unaware that the health insurance industry in the US was awful until now.
It's a subject that just doesn't come up on Lemmy.
