Canada and Brazil are also a part of America, it's just that US Americans don't know there's a world outside their own country.

Many US Americans consider Kentucky the middle east so the fact it's a term based on the world map is at least some credits to them lol.

Mexico dropped the United States of Mexico a couple of years ago. So it only is USA.
