How does one convince a cat to stay still during this procedure?
Depends on the cat. Never tried that but from my experience having blood drawn at the vet, either food, rest, or being in an unfamiliar place chills them out.
What do you even dress in if that's the issue? Plaid?
All black mostly, I suffer through it and take the hit in time taken to get dressed
edit: jeans or synthetic stuff doesn't care for the most part
