I paid 600USD for an m4 MacBook Air with 16GB RAM and a 256GB SSD… I feel like that’s an overall better deal in every way than this new MacBook, but I suppose that was a special price. If this new MacBook hits 500 or even less (outside of educational pricing) then it’s one of the most incredible deals on an Apple computer like… ever, though.
