    The fundamental flaw in your observation here is that many lemmy instances (and piefed) aren't exactly US-friendly in the first place and are federated up with every other instance. And many Piefed instances are run by non-Americans anyway.

    whether or not it's american doesn't matter. piefed's creator admited in an interview that one of the driving forces behind creating it was to control "content quality" of the fediverse.

    this fact combined with w the fediverse's undeniable leftist leaning makes it clear that this was a dog whistle along the same vein as other dog whistles like "narrative management" and "suppression protocols" that the epstein illuminati spoke about in their emails to each other with respect to reddit, 4chan and several other social media platforms.

    Controlling "content quality" (you're likely omitting a lot of context here) has nothing inherently to do with a pro/anti-american dichotomy.

    despite his faults, chomsky already explains why plants are unnecessary (credit due to @davel@lemmy.ml for making me aware of this video).

    tldr of the video is that the ruling classes further along the careers and efforts of those that are already ideologically aligned or beneficial to them. the epstein illuminati reveled in their ability to do this on a global scale in the files and used phrases like "narrative management" when discussion platforms like reddit.

    the epstein files show how almost meaningless it means to be anti-trump and; unfortunately for you; i'm not part of any marxist vanguard so i didn't keep receipts of my homework for your benefit, but i'd like to believe that i am a leftist so i will try.

    in full candor: these questions are starting to feel like the same sort of sealioning that i experienced during the election, so i will provide those receipts when it's convenient for me to do so or (better yet) you could do your own homework since rimu's interviews are freely available on youtube (assuming that they haven't been removed); the source code is available at its repository websites (assuming the pertinent commits haven't also been removed); and you expand your search beyond those subreddits that you identified.

    alternatively, you can find a way to subscribe to hexbear's feed and simply stumble upon these revelations and then confirm them for yourself like i did; whether or not you chose to do this will confirm my sealioning inkling and have weight on how soon i will start to collect those homework receipts for you.

    i'm also struggling to understand you insist that there must a connection between him and ruling class when both I and chomsky have explained that no direct connection to the ruling class is necessary (and in fact detrimental).

    I still fail to see what this at all has to do with Rimu specifically or even slightly. By your standards anyone who does anything that somehow inhibits hexbear/lemmygrad indirectly or directly (or spaces like them) is a part of that "global effort".

All it really does is suggest that communism (at least how you view it in application), globally, is just not that popular.
