If you're in literal close quarters combat, you don't need a red dot, you need point-shooting skill. Not mentioning the fact that the overwhelming majority of American houses are made with wood and paper and can simply be shot through. Additionally in the United States, 'defensive usage' of firearms occurs as deterrent against petty crime and not against the State. Lastly, you're revealing your lack of understanding of rifle optics by not comprehending what ive said altogether and giving a muddling exposition that confuses medium-range rifle optics with long-range rifle optics.
