An android phone cannot have "nothing to do with google" because android is literally made by Google.

it still allows you to run APKs in a container like EasyAbroad or DroiTong though
Chinese ROMs in China are just AOSP with Chinese customisation. There is no Google Play Services and some vendors like Huawei are using it to transition to their own OS like Harmony OS. They're not dependent on Google in China.
