Bo nix has now tied the record for playoff wins by quarterbacks drafted by the broncos

[-] noahm@lemmy.world 5 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

That’s incomprehensible.

Edit: And what does he get for it? Season ending surgery on a broken ankle!

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 5 points 4 months ago

Shit that was a brilliant play call

[-] noahm@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago

That was so cool!

Yeah. I expect a defensive struggle. 1st drives were good but it's going to slow from here I think.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

LOL bro I think Broncos have blown this game wide open with those two scores in the last 60 seconds.

Buffalo’s got the momentum, but I’m not sure we’re done with the turnovers yet.

[-] dhork@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

Al the games this postseason have been so much fun to watch.

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 5 points 4 months ago

Ouch looks like the camera stabbed him on the back.

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 4 points 4 months ago

I still can't get over that two man Rush. That was just pathetic.

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 4 points 4 months ago

3 timeouts gonna be tough

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 4 points 4 months ago

Sunshine no snow in Denver. It's like summer out there. Unnatural.

Bill's offensive line has done an amazing job today really

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 4 points 4 months ago

Broncos really need a score here before the end of the half.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

Wow. 8 yard line?

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

I highly doubt this is Allen's year.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

Allen turns the ball over to start 2nd half. And Bilsl are done. cya next year!

[-] dhork@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

Not just yet, they are an awesome 2nd half team. But they need to take care of the ball!

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

you're an optimist. This is Broncos' D. They are very good. I watched them all year. They are at home too. No way they give up this lead.

[-] dhork@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

Bills D is pretty good too, especially when they get the ball back

Edited to add: lol he gave it back

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

Bills just choke man. They are ultimate chokers.

[-] noahm@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

What did I say about not being done with the turnovers yet?

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

No Mile High Miracles for Bills today.

[-] noahm@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

The fact that the bills were ever even in that game after 5 turnovers is impressive. Great game.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

5 turnovers.... just ain't gonna do it.

[-] dhork@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago

It was the one at the end of the half that killed them. If that never happened, Bills win in regulation.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 3 points 4 months ago

It's in OT! Damn I missed all 4th quarter with issues at home.

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 4 points 4 months ago

I forgot I had my router set to automatically reset on Saturday evenings. So right after that Nate McMillan int my internet went down. Stressful few minutes.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 2 points 4 months ago

I don't know why they call that PI when there was minnimal contact.

[-] mr_scrawley@feddit.org 4 points 4 months ago

I can somewhat see why they called that last one. But the one before that on that final drive looked like complete BS to me. All replay angles looked like the first significant impact was after the ball was touched. Nantz called it identical to the no-call play earlier. I would argue that there was even less to call this time around. And the way Romo wanted Gene to weigh in and that request just getting flatout ignored sure seems like they didn't want the refs to look too bad.

All that being said, the Bills had a couple of chances to take this one away before all of that and didn't use them.

[-] Sharkticon@lemmy.zip 4 points 4 months ago

I'll give you that one was ticky tacky, but do remember there was a very obvious roughing the passer on the same play that would have been called regardless.

[-] mr_scrawley@feddit.org 1 points 4 months ago

Very true. I'll admit that was a bit of an afterthought for me because it came in late and I was so upset with that initial PI flag 😅

[-] dhork@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

You and me both.

[-] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 1 points 4 months ago

Simultaneous catch ball goes to offense! NO WAY!!!

[-] sauerkrautsaul@lemmus.org 1 points 4 months ago
