Also, what if they have camera's right about everywhere, where do you put on the mask without being identified? Or what if they track your phones location? Don't know how far chinese mass surveillance currently goes, but these seem like real possibilities in the near-future. At that point your enemy is gait analysis, but there are countermeasures for that as well. As for utterly pervasive surveillance that is so redundant and automated that the government can know anything about anyone, anywhere, retroactively…. I don’t know if we are there yet.
