I’m not sure there’s actually evidence that the mother of a six year old whose father died two years ago is in fact queer.

Her wife might dispute that.

It's probably due to the reports talking about either her "partner" or her "wife".

Not erasing part of someone's identity is not confining them to extra boxes.

Also, queer encompasses bisexual and pansexual, so the fact that she had a child and was married to a man is irrelevant.

Having kids does not mean you're not queer.

There are straight and bi queer people.
