For you see: Being the British Empire means setting up East India Companies to manage all the colonies. Trump clearly wants one of the big oil companies to administrate Venezuela, but they seem apprehensive. Being Nazi Germany means you can leverage department redundancy to keep everyone busy fighting themselves instead of you.
