Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.

Feels like that's where he's going with it to be honest. Publicise the worst buildings in the city, publicise their auction to the worst landlords in the city, publicise their failure to improve despite the tenants office continuing to crackdown and demand improvements.
Build up the case against them for complete and total failure. Call the buildings a serious danger, not just to the occupants but to the rest of the city itself.
Forcibly take the buildings at a rate worth the incredible number of problems they have and the immense negligence of the landlords running them. If they don't want the buildings to be taken then the landlords can be fined for every single one of the thousands of different problems with the building that they are not meeting city codes with.
Build it up properly and the entire city will support it.
I really hope this is how it plays out.
