▲ 7 ▼ How to time meditation without phone? I don't really want to keep my phone with me during meditation, but I do want to have a way to notice it's time to stop. People somehow managed this in the past before phones existed right? So what would be a good way to do this?

And maybe if your mind is drifting a bit, you might not realise it's already gone. But I suppose this is something that improves if you do it regularly that way permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] alottachairs@beehaw.org 2 points 8 months ago I like this incent stick idea. Also you could play a meditation track that is an hour long and you will know it's over when you don't hear it. That's the audio equivalent permalink fedilink source parent
