Wow calm there buddy. Ask any chef and they’ll tell you why the use gas. Inductions… a fancy gimmick if you have a good set of pots. Try using a wok on an induction stove 🤣

    But you're probably the reason chefs won't admit it, you're a bit of a bully aren't you?

    Induction makes kitchens cooler and that's beneficial for chefs.

    But you keep rolling coal in your cave, chief!
