Laugh my fucking ass out. You libs are so oblivious to the countless sins committed by the west. As late as 1960 France was butchering some million Algerians for the unforgivable sin of wanting independence, but sure, China, the country which carried out the greatest industrial revolution and elimination of poverty the world has yet seen, is so much worse.

    Last time I checked, there were still not few people living in abject poverty in China and a shitload of people being worked for less than a living wage. Also whats with the rooftop safety nets at Chinese factories. Also China has like the second most billionaires in the world. What kind of "socialist" state is fine with having billionaires?

    That wasn’t a common thing, it’s not a thing now, and it was the result of Foxconn’s illegal labor practices which the “authoritarian” state has since put the kibosh on.

    Of course it is. The cold war never ended and neither has its propaganda. Technically this is war propaganda, because the civil war between the PRC & ROC still hasn’t officially ended, which is why Taiwan is still a part of China.

    Are you going to bring links to Radio Free Asia or Adrian Zenz next? What you don’t realize is that you’ve been propagandized even more than the Chinese people themselves.

    The US isn't exactly a standard, because a shitload of people live in poverty in the US.

    Also I am still finding German news articles as recent as 2022 that conditions at Foxconn still havent improved (the Foxconn scandal was like in 2010 to 2011) and that suicide safety nets aren't that rare at manufacturing factories in China.

    China is not all evil, but holy shit you need to get that boot out of your mouth. Also why the fuck do I want to believe state media when it is in their interest to hide the bad sides of their country? China based sources are either state controlled or bullshit right wing or Falun Gong based news sites like Epoch Times.
