Garza (employee) goes to meeting to discuss salary. c-level exec goes on explicit language tirade about how indian colleagues are all incompetent due to their race and the products the company makes are unhealthy, disgusting and for broke people. also confesses to coming to work high Garza reports the conversation to his supervisor for being racially discriminatory which is against corporate policy. Garza, with no disciplinary problems, is summarily fired with no explanation. Garza can't find work for 10 months, elects to sue for wrongful termination / retaliation. the existence of the recording surfaces. company won't comment on why garza was fired, but is now conducting an internal investigation. lol. permalink fedilink source parent
