Yes, the android's built in web browser that opens when you press on links inside apps. That is already set to Firefox but that does not really change the browser that pops up inside apps. EDIT2: Okay, I'm a moron. The browser that opens inside the apps is already Firefox, but some very light form of it since no addons or settings work there.
