I am once again tapping the "Americans are not just illiterate, they engage in competitive illiteracy" sign, this time with historical literacy. This is literally just willfully ignoring reality and grasping for something that explains why this is someone else's fault. who-did-this

    Yeah. Like I thought it was common knowledge that the Soviet Union at least kept the porks too scared to just nakedly act on their own class interests enough to keep capitalism going.

    Now here we are, another gilded age. The rich are thriving and they’re just partying it up while we’re starving and jobs are nonexistent.
