Fuck the Olympics. This stinks of a way to sterilise the city of anything that isn't new, shiny, plasticky, shit. Let them stay.

    They want to relocate only a fraction of the stands, not all of them. It doesn't sound like they want to get rid of them

    Hell, 3/2 is a fraction.

    I know the saying is implying it is a small fraction, but I really hate the saying because it is so vague. Like pennies on the dollar, it could mean 200 pennies and be technically correct!
