Par for the course of my recent comment regarding theprimeagen.

A screenshot of a youtube recommendation. The video's title is "omarchy is great" and the thumbnail features DHH. The channel in question is named "ThePrimeTime". The video was posted 3 hours before the screenshot was taken.

Mmm. There’s certainly nothing else about any of the people or projects involved that’s likely to be a source of fuss, either.

    Omarchy is a deeply uninteresting and partially-assed project that has been thrust into the limelight because if the creator’s political leanings, not because of any merits it might have.

    yeah it’s pretty amazing

    in one respect it’s at best one-percent-assed (for both meanings of). in another, it’s all ass

    takes special kind of fuckery to create garbage that fractally terrible

    My impression from reading the stuff posted here is that omarchy is a nothing project that's being aggressively astroturfed so a series of increasingly fashy contributors can gain clout and influence in the foss ecosystem.
