    also the fact that stiching together the various clips and scenes you already get the whole story.

    I think that does csm a disservice. The author is known for his love of movies and the film like panel layout. The pacing and the order of scenes gives you a closer feeling of how denjis state of mind changes with all the highs and lows.

    The animation and the visuals are great but the emotional journey is well worth it.
