Man, I feel like I'd have less problems if more learning content labelled the important parts that damn well. It might be because I'm in my 30s, but I can force myself to focus for short periods that I otherwise wouldn't as long as I'm medicated.

I feel like half my struggle is figuring out how a specific teacher/course/piece of reference material expects you to learn from/use it.
