It was supposed to be beef kafta but I think I screwed up the proportionals somewhere and I did not cook it properly :/
I've seen and eaten worse at a local "mediteranian" place. Tasted a lot better than it looked(although, was definitely well-cooked), so I'm wondering how this belongs here; It's not food if you can't describe how it tastes.
