Any sort of licking of the down there spots that are infested with microorganisms should be done safely. I don't mind a dude's bitterness in my mouth, because it was clean (though there was that recent article about covid surviving in the testes for up to 6 months, so maybe not so true?) until it left the urethra. I do mind a gal's very fungus and bacteria ridden cooch, and especially anyone's anal surfaces which get liberally covered in bacteria regularly.
