Some games will have a streamer mode to avoid most of that. Probably the only useful thing to come from corporate censorship.

Now that I'd support, Ace mode that just disables all that naughty business.

You can still visit sex workers but instead of sex it's just a lecture about how lust is a sin. If you're high enough level they quit sex work and join a cult.

Buffs and speech options? Sometimes they do that shit in games. Remember GTA prostitutes healed you and if you just killed em after you got your money back.

You can't avoid that mission in clouds afaik. As an asexual person it also stressed me out a bit, but in the end nothing happened.
