Esims are not very mature yet, especially if your phone isn't an iPhone, but even Samsungs will have issues, Motorola has less than 20% market share, most carriers don't bother making stuff work for Motorola phones.

I had a budget samsung phone and tried signing up with a MVNO, and they said my phone "wasn't compatible" with eSIM, I was like what bitch, this worked with another MVNO, but it did show up as compatible for Physical sim.

Sometimes its just like that, especially if it was once a carrier phone, it would show up as originally belonging to another carrier and they just don't bother to check if its unlocked and assume it isn't.

Just use Physical sim. If you really like eSims, get iPhone or Samsung.

What I mean is that: some carriers, you go check their list of compatible devices, the only 2 brands thay show up are Apple and Samsung.

What carrier/mvno are you trying to signup with btw? I can check the page to see. (I'm bored and curious about what the issue is)
