Expect major delays and disruptions across Sydney's road and public transport network on Sunday 3 August.

A public assembly across the Sydney Harbour Bridge will result in the closure of north and southbound lanes of traffic from around 11.30am to around 4pm, but may be later.

Oh, I don't know if it can be called a solution.

When I first visited earlier this year and installed it I'm pretty sure the instructions were:

  1. buy a ticket from the list of options in the app before you board

  2. Manually activate the ticket in the app once you've boarded

* Not sure the tickets you buy in app work for all modes of transport ...

In hindsight that seems a lot easier and less confusing then I remember. But still sounds like a nightmare for newcomers.
