When I got my glasses at age 10, I stepped out of the optician's door and instantly was amazed that you can actually see individual tree leaves

So I can relate

Yesss... my first contacts were exactly like that.

I had a hill, maybe half a mile, from my window, and I saw that it had green foliage on it, just green mush all over.

Then I put the contacts in, and I could see the trunks and even leaves moving in the wind!

Contacts didn't last long, I had issues, went back to glasses. After a while, decided to try lasik and OH MY GOD the world is so beautiful and detailed.

Also there is dust and hairs everywhere.

That was more than a decade ago, my vision is slightly worse, but still above average. If you are unsure, definitely get the best laser you can, it will surely change your life.

    Hopefully in a good way.
