that means tearing up the park, I suspect that MOST people are happy enough just looking at the stream.

    Maybe. I'm not familiar with the location. Typically sewage follows roads so it seems possible to minimize the damage. There's also a way of re-lining pipes without removing them.

    Not saying RFK JR ain't a nasty bitch, but it'd also be nice if we didn't leach sewage into streams.
