Maybe. I'm not familiar with the location. Typically sewage follows roads so it seems possible to minimize the damage. There's also a way of re-lining pipes without removing them.
Not saying RFK JR ain't a nasty bitch, but it'd also be nice if we didn't leach sewage into streams.
He also drinks methylene blue as a treatment for bacterial infections
Also some places have gardia too
