Most full fledged carnivores I know, which are very few, are the most mellow and relaxed people I've ever met. They genuinely don't care what other people eat. They would get, rightly, annoyed if someone was causing them hearing damage while they were out doing errands, however.
In my neighborhood a butcher shop is next to a Buddhist temple, and they get along just fine.
