“Wei Wu” has an avatar that looks like it was AI generated, not to mention they’re verified on twitter and they talk exactly like a western person doing a Chinese caricature. Seems fake too me.

    Yeah, also Robyn with a "y" playing the part of an SJW getting smacked down really feels like angry grandpa fantasy to me

    Yeah, this feels like an op to me, too. I've seen a LOT of negative stuff about China over the past 72 hours or so. Like suspiciously boosted on Reddit (mostly) and Lemmy (less so). No proof, but anecdotally, it seems like much more than normal, and current events make it extra sus.
