After 15 years of development, Caves of Qud 1.0 is out now. It's a sci-fantasy game inspired by settings like Dune and Gamma World.

It's a roguelike, but it has a pretty good UI for the genre. You can even play it on a Steam Deck—or so I've heard.

Its a pretty massive game with a ton of choices and options.

If thats not enough to bring you on board it has overwhelmingly positive reviews on steam

Also the devs are pretty cool

Its on GoG so im pretty sure its easy to pirate. Otherwise ask your mom to buy it as a christmas present aubrey-happy
