What sort of contraption is this? What is it used for, besides poking Kissinger?

    it's for moving hay around (and poking Kissinger)

    please enjoy this very silly photo I found of someone using one for hay

    unfortunately, I couldn't find a clear photo of Kissinger being poked (with or without gratuitous lens flare)
