Uh, yeah, but, ACKSHOO-UHLEE you're both wrong.

The floor, walls, and ceiling of that room provide you with protection from the elements.

Edit:stupid carriage return formatting

For me, at least, the walls and ceiling just trap heat

(10pm w/ fans downstairs used as intake)
