Engaging with other people on this small platform makes it feel less empty. There aren't many people here, so I go out of my way to talk to people instead of just interacting with the number beside their comment or post.

    believe it or not, some people find the relentless search for validation from people incapable of original thought weird and offputting when they're looking for discussion and interesting takes.

    Calling people "incapable of original thought" is respectful? Come on, you're not even trying to be coherent. I struggle to imagine a scenario in which you could actually generate an interesting discussion like you claim, and you're actively making this platform worse for everyone you interact with. Blocked.
