I had such a hard time with choking. I'm too afraid I would crush their windpipe, when I was in my 20's. I only really did the choking when she wanted my belt to do it herself. Self choking with a belt is a good way to die.

Now I have control and understand how to safely cut off blood supply and not totally close the airway.

But it's been a decade since I was with a woman last.
