We've always noticed something odd with user @[email protected], but we haven't formalized any space for discussion about them.

People have noticed they are apparently collecting info about us and our community. Have you interacted with this user? What do you think about it?

It makes me uncomfortable for sure, I never said anything because I thought it's not my business what other people ask about, but the nature of these questions made me feel odd, and I usually never engaged with their posts for this reason. However I do notice that a lot of us here did engage, some in jest, others more seriously, and in every single instance, all they've done is either ask follow up questions to any serious responses, or clarify their question to those asking for specifics. Not a single time have I seen any sort of personal opinion, be that of their own position on something, why they asked the question to begin with, or even in some cases whether their question had even been answered adequately.

I thought maybe they might just be an engagement junkie or something, since such broad and vague posts can get a lot of traction, but some of the stuff they ask is weirdly personal, which makes sense if they were trying to build a profile about the kind of users Lemmygrad has.

Whether that's for benign or malicious purposes, I can't say, but I would really appreciate it if they could actually come forward and explain themselves.

If they choose to ignore this attention altogether that will only make their case even more puzzling.
