I like criminals who paid their debt to society.. its the ones who have not paid their debt that Im upset with

For sure, if you don't pay taxes, you owe back taxes. If you steel top secret classified documents compromising national security.... I don't know what the debt to society would be in that instance - that's beyond my pay grade to determine.
