Idk if this is a bit but I prefer antideoderant without the anti-perspirant because doesn't that get aluminum in your blood or something? And it affects your sweating which could be bad for health or whatever maybe

Yeah so long as it works, it's good. Deodorant or antiperspirant, it doesn't matter much.
