N.B. misandry is not real because men are not systemically oppressed (uninternalize your reddit MRA today: men suffer some drawbacks under the patriarchy but ultimately still maintain it due to the large amount of privileges they receive under it!)
I would also argue that most murders are a direct result of capitalism. The inhumane poverty that countless young Black men face, added with the crack epidemic and the patriarchal expectation of being a protector has lead to unimaginable violence. Most men being murdered is a product of capitalism, patriarchy and racism.
