I don't actually know if it's uncommon but scars, I like scars. Not just sexually attractive, I do like them aesthetically a lot of the time, but even when not beautiful to me I think that having your life show on the outside of your body is cool. Bad ones show you survived something, that is beautiful in its way.

Also think really skinny guys look good pretty often. Particularly tall and skinny. Like, too skinny for most straight ladies' preference.
