hm interesting I see what you mean. So I actually pull all character images from Memory Alpha! It's strange why Elizabeth Dennehy first image is not rendering, while the second one is. I don't do any particular caching on my end per se, maybe my hosting solution (Vercel) has some part to play here, not sure.
