Kicking someone is a fould even if you don't have the chance to get the ball

Does la liga release var audio like premier league does nowadays for bad calls ?

Ridiculous that they play for fans, yet we can't even have var audio available to us when we pay for subscriptions to watch, trips to stadiums etc.
