This caught my eyes: "Shanahan also said that he’s feeling good, and that his head “feels so much better.” He added that he’s still dealing with “headaches and fatigue.”"

As someone who suffered from the same symptoms after a concussion, what Kyle said is not good news. The fatigue he is talking about is the mental fatigue from post concussion syndrome. He will be operating at a reduced level. If he pushes himself to function the same way he did before, he is going to make symptoms worse. He does have a full compliment of staff and coaches under him. He will have to delegate far more this coming season as an adjustment.

Trump is merely a vigorous test of the American democratic system, and that system has thoroughly failed. It lacks safeguards, guardrails, and checks and balances. If USA survives Trump presidency, and that is an IF, they need to rectify all of its failings immediately. Otherwise they are just inviting another authoritarian to take it over and make it a dictatorship.

As I suggested in my comment in https://lemmy.world/c/nootropics, a remedy could be use of ATP boosters such as creatine.

Creatine, a naturally occurring compound known for its role in energy metabolism, has long been used as a dietary supplement to boost physical performance. It plays a key role in producing adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main energy source for cells, which is critical for maintaining optimal cellular function...
